i’m a quitter
no more contest, i had to drop out of the running. I guess i started off too lean… It was my first time training for a contest, so i didn’t realise how much i had to bulk up beofore i started cutting. If i’m going to compete, i need to compete in middle-weight due to my height and frame. Now I can get back to my original goal of 190-195 lbs and <or=7% bf.

Hey Christopher, I don’t think so. Look at this as a learning experience. Now you know what you need to do. Keep the focus and keep training strong. -Jeff

I agree with what Jacked said man, think of it as a learning experience just come back harder next time.
