6-7 weeks to go until this program is done. That will complete a year of work. Looking for the next program to follow. Starting in Sept. will spend 6 months on just mass building, considering a 5×5 program combined with something else.

Syntha 6 double shake, than three pieces of chicken & broccoli for dinner (two hours later). Considering having someone take pictures of me, not sure how to find someone in this area (of course I work in Manhattan….can’t imagine it will be that hard.) Does anyone use their local gym to take before and after type shots? What is the best way to find someone?

Woke up…took my drugs of choice for a non-weight day (Cellmass, two baby aspirin, 3 Nitrix), breakfast (4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, half slice of swiss, large orange, skim milk), snack two hours later (Zone Bar), lunch two hours later (two pastrimi sandwiches, multigrain bread, etc.) In a couple hours I’ll have a protein shake and continue……

I turned 40 in December, I have been working out since August…sometimes change comes too slow. Especially at 40. Hard Weight days Sat, Sun & Tuesday, with Monday being a cardio day. Still not eating as clean as I could, with two kids & wife in tow…eating clean can be a challenge.

Love the feel the second day after when muscles still are sore, still have the stiffness. Even visually it looks better when I feel this way, every muscle feeling pumped and being able to feel every movement……..

45 minutes HIIT, some days love it….others (like today) not as much. I want to eat the world I’m so damn hungry.

Another few days….every muscle strained now even in simple tasks. Is it the muscle that feeds on itself or the ego if not fed enough?

Workout has alot of strip sets and 1.5 sets in it. Did legs yesterday…..Ouch for today! I was going to do a quick 45 minute cardio routine, but thinking I may have to go right to the next day in the workout as my legs working seems to be optional.
