“HGH”….Please, it is not natural!:0(????
Well I just got in from visiting family in Ohio….Great time! So right before i left i had watched this really awful show on TLC. It was on bodybuilding in general, but very much on the usage of roids & HGH….about how many BB’s have that bodydismophic (SP) problem, which causes many to view thier bodies completely wrong. I could see how this could happen considering all the eating disorders people have, but i was shocked to see some of the methods these BB’s went to obtain steroids & HGH. (YIKES) I have a hard time taking vitamines & drinking my protien shakes..lol… Here is my Question…….When i view some AVI’s on BB.com, & some people claim they are "NATURAL" BB’s, now ia wondering just what "Natural" means!!!???? I know at some of the gyms i go to there seems to be an explosion of HGH, Not jut older men, young ones too! I even think a couple of women are trying to increase thier muscle mass & lower that bodyfat this way!!! I have asked a couple of people what they think, (mind you, the guys who pretend they are trainers wannabe’s) & they swear there is nothing unnatural about it?!! Some of the older men (more like my age..lol) act like "Oh Yeah, it’s great..keeps you young!" The show freaked me out….i just want some input from the members on this site?? thanks Erica;0)

for the most part it means they’re lying when they’re ‘natural’ and you can tell pretty easily which ones those are.

and as for the GH thing….i suppose anyone could use it because they really can’t test for it as far as i know, so it’s even easier to use that and do natural shows than gear and try to beat the tests.
oh and the doses of GH for building muscle are not really cost effective or comfortable from what i’ve read….only the pros are doing that to any large degree.

I’m not entirely sure, but I think it was HGH that was shown to have almost no benefit… A lot of things are like this; the placebo effect probalby just gives poeple a mental boost.

no it def has benefits….but it becomes less than cost effective to build muscle….it’s fat staving properties are good at lower doses.

It seems a lil weird to me that peolple do this…but , i guess if you want to waste money on it….oh well, i think at some point in the game that you realize that living & being healthy should not come at a price by injecting yourself with this stuff….i mean, what will the long term affects be??? Natural to me must be waaayyy different from what most think! ;0)

lol….educate yourself…..especially with GH there are very little if any long term sides at reasonable doses.

Natual? I guess it is working to the point of accentuating yourself to what God has given you or Mother nature or Genetics whichever your opinion on that subject is. My question is for what purpose was GH approved for? Was it for Body Building or something else? I don’t know. If someone is competing I really could not care what they are using, its their life and body. So sunstar you can put me in your camp, for now.

thanks, i think good ole Mother nature has lots to do with it, too. I just don’t like when people use the word "natural" when they are injecting themselves with anything. It gives others false hope…I mean eat this, do this workout routine, more cardio, (you know) is not going to do what they say! it will enhance what you have…..;0)

Its kind of hard to use supplements that don’t come from nature such as powders and creatine mixes and say that’s natural. I just say i’m drug free. If it’s natural then why can’t these guys use a diuretic a few days before their show? btw Sunstar….how you been girlie?
