well into new diet plan just a few days now & i am surprised to say I am nt even hungary….it must be all the shakes I am downing..haha…really I am shocked that i have felt so full! My workouts have been great, i am still lifting as heavy as ever…yiipppeeee! Anyway have a great week & see ya all soon!!!;0)

It’s sort of a joke since i seem to make gains in muscle mass, but i never seem to get under 149#….so, i always tell everyone around me to wire my mouth shut….but my friend Jerry worte me out a plan, He owns/runs a nutritions store, & is a "certified" trainer. We had a long talk today, and he is there to give me a hand….he said oncei see the changes, then he can hook me up with someone else that can help me get started for a possible competition….ha!!! you never know till ya try! wish me luck……sunstar;0)

So, i have been sick with the flu since last sunday….but it seems to be worst today…..but I just "HAD" to go to the gym today….it’s raining & very cold out….but i was going to workout no matter what…lol…boy was i in store for the worst workout ever….i wanted to take a class with some friends…we started out doing a lil crossfit. Boso ball & medicine ball, weights, suicide sprints…repeat…three times…then Boso ball, mountain climbers, planks, pushups….repeat 4 times….well i was so exhausted at just trying to get air into my flu infested lungs i was chocking out fast! I only stayed for about 35 min of the class…one of my girls was like you look really pale, maybe you should go….i gave in, but not all the way, we jumped on the bike & i managed to pedal for 15 mins….but that was it….i feel like a rodeo bull rider who has been thrown off!! anyway hope everyone else has a better workout then me…;0)

Well… this has been a lot of work…..trying to re-do my Avi since shutting down my other one…seymourcuts…it’s hard trying to locate old pics to show where i started…but it’s coming along…hope everyone stops by to take a look & if you have any suggestions, i would love to hear them too…Erica;0)

Well since i am up & posting i had to tell everyone that on Wednesday, I was rocking a chest routine and i was like F-it…i am gonna try to hit the 60 dumbbell’s on the flat bench, last set, and holy toledo…i hit them five solid times, the sixth one was sloppy…i actually dropped the weights, jumped up, clapped my hands together(like i was back in my cheerleading days) & gave my man a high "5"! it was great…the guys in the gym were like…"wtf, that’s too girly to have just lifted 60’s" i just laughed……anyway just had to brag!!! see ya in the gym….Erica;0)

Well since bb.com people could not help me fix the problem i was having blogging, one of their people suggested that i should set up a new avi….so, i really did not want to do that, but i guess it’s a freash start…so, my progress will begin….yet again!! lol…;0)
