Today is a much much better day.   I just wanted to say thanks for being such great friends and coming to me when I needed you.  You are all the best.   MUAH

I am having THE WORST DAY of prep so far.  I am completely and totally and emotional wreck today FOR NO REASON.  Oh but then there are things that are really setting me off too that normally don’t. 

I feel so bad…I yelled at my son before he left for school this morning and I felt so badly that I called and talked to his homeroom teacher and asked her to PLEASE tell him I was sorry and that I loved him and wanted him to have a good day.   I feel like the worlds worst mother right now.  I can’t stop crying.  One lady at work that is suppose to be my assistant has been coming in late by 45 min for over a month and no one is doing anything about it.  This just irritates me. 

 So sorry normally I am a really chipper happy person but just really struggling today.  My friends talk me down off that ledge.   LOL

In the past I have always tried to save money on my supplements by buying them wherever I could find the best prices.  Although particular as to what brands and WHAT I am using…I would seek out the best price.  

Well I stopped doing that and just wanted to give a big thank you right here to bodybuilding.com. 

I have started using the site for everything that I need and although it might not be the lowest price…I can’t beat the service that I get.  Yesterday when trying to place an order I called two times to get some more info on some products and both times with different people rec. the best service.  Not only great service but they really knew what they were talking about.  It is like this each and everytime I order.  Not to mention how quickly I get my products.   Anyway….I just really thought I should tell someone when they are doing a great job and for those of you that might not be using them….seriously think about it.

So I have not been very good with my blogging.  Sorry.  Training is getting rough as I have started some low carb days…grrrrrr  I don’t like low carb days.   But it’s all good and the reward will be worth it. 

I am changing up my training once again and this time going to hit just certain body parts two times a week.  This will keep me on a Mon-Friday schedule for strength and leave my weekends to just cardio.   Trying hard to hang onto some of the muscle I have that seems to lag behind a bit on the rest ya know.
