Thursday, November 30th, 2006Training this week has been good. Diet on point.
I haven’t run for a while and especially after my two surgeries have not pushed things to the limit by any means. Well this week that changed.
Yesterday I did a five mile run and I GOT THRU IT! Woo Hoo
This morning was another 1.5 mile run followed by an intense spinning session. Tonight baby’s got back as in BACK not the other back. LOL
Had a phone call last night with my trainer and a few tweaks to my program but it’s all good. Ya know the usual…little less food….little more cardio. It’s on baby!
