A bit down this week and finding it hard to stay motivated. Any suggestions?

A few that help me, first off think about what you have been doing lately, are you overtrained? Have you eaten the right balance of nutrients especially post workout? Is it TOM? And how is your sleep lately??
May be a good time to take a week off and enjoy some active rest be it swimming or hiking, just something different without your usual goal in mind, just keep active.
Then start a new work out program, writing down an intermittent goal which could be something like losing 1lb by the end of the week or lifting more weight next week etc.. which will push you in a different way, and maybe reassess and change your diet too..
Keep a work out and diet journal to stay on track that way you can see where you may be going wrong, and most importantly just keep moving. Not just exercise wise but in general - always find things to do, hope this help?
