Hello everyone, I am a senior in my last term at the University of La Verne. In order to pass the class I am doing a research project for my class and it is on a topic that I find very interesting, exercise. I am required to do a survey for my class and would like your help. This research involves two topics that apply to many of us, work and exercise. Below are the questions that I have come up with, if you can please answer and leave your name at the end, I will greatly appreciate it.

The purpose of this research project is to better understand the correlation between job satisfaction and exercise. This study predicts that employees who participate in some form of physical activity have higher levels of job satisfaction than employees who do not participate in some form of physical activity. This study assesses the impact of participation in a physical fitness program and the behavior that it has on job satisfaction.

The study utilizes a quantitative design that relates the individual’s participation in exercise and their job satisfaction level. The independent variable for the study is the employees’ participation in some form of physical activity. The dependent variable is the level of the employee’s job satisfaction.

This study will use a survey questionnaire to measure the independent and dependent variables. The variable will be measured by asking employees questions regarding their physical activity and their level of job satisfaction.

Survey questions

Do you work?

Do you exercise?

Do you exercise on the days that you work?

Do you exercise before or after work?

If you exercise before work how does that make you feel when at work?

Does exercising make your job more satisfying?

I like many of you I’m sure attended the Olympia. This was my first time, but I had so much fun & I most definitely won’t make this my last. I finally got to meet many of the bodybuilders I have seen in the magazines. It was awesome.
