Recently I have been making good in my quest for more muscle as well as more definition. My strength has been steadily climbing and I have done weights that I haven’t been able to do for some time. Anyway things were going well when all of a sudden I was told that I would be changing my work schedule for a few weeks, so instead of working the evenings I would work mornings. This was not good because that is when I workout. Now I would have to get up at 4:30am for work and drive 90 miles and get off at for and drive back. After days like that I felt tired and didn’t go to the gym except on Saturday and Sunday. Last night (Friday) waas my first night back in now I am already feeling sore and my strenght has fell off some as well. My definition is not what it could be, but I am trying to get back in my groove. Until then I will continue in my quest to reach my goal.
