It’s the most wonderful time of the year….
Ya…. not really….. our temp high today was the low 20’s, makes for a rough run when you’re getting more motion moving sideways slippin’ and a slidin’ than you are by running forward. That coupled with sub-freezing temperatures crystalizing the lungs sure made for an interesting run:) Oh well, like they say ‘Toughen up, buttercup!’
Why the rant? Well, winter is usually one of the hardest times of the year for me to be motivated but despite everything that can make a workout go wrong or deflate the pressure to get up and go in the morning, we all need to remember that every day is a good day when we wake up healthy! No matter what happens to us in our life, as long as we have the ability to get up and get out of bed, we have the ability to climb our personal mountains and reach the peak of success!
Allright ya’ll! With that said, get out there and have a good week!

I totally agree, winter is the hardest time to stay focused. I personally want to hibernate and eat to stay away from the cold. I can’t wait until I can bulk in the winter and cut in the spring/summer. Hahaha, i’ve been cutting for a while now, though.
