I feel like I can totally relate. I had a really hard time after my last baby and through the winter with really bad anxiety and depression and I didn't want to go on medication because I know things can get a lot worse before they get better- assuming that they get better. It really doesn't mean it has to sabotage your goals though. Just DO the workouts, no matter what- no excuses, no matter what time it is or how you feel or what. And as far as the eating goes, eat what you know you have to and pick one thing that you will do instead of eat everytime you feel like eating to distract you... like, I don't know, drink tea or something. You know what you gotta do, and you KNOW it will make you feel nothing but better if you do it. Good luck! Don't let your hormones/mind/everything that conspires against us get the best of you because you have been doing AWESOME!

Don't give up! You realize everything your doing is bad for your progress, so just stop doing it! Sometimes we need to take a step back before we can make a giant leap forward. You could and will do it.

It usually takes 2 weeks to see the improvement or the damage. So if you splurge one week, then you probably won't truly see that until 2 weeks.
BTW- your legs look like they are toning up already. So keep it up! : )

1 week isn't much time to show progress. I'd wait a minimum of 2 weeks. You can drive yourself crazy, and to discouragement, looking for dramatic changes in a short time. Just like folks who weigh themselves every 1-2 days.........heck, my weigh can vary 3-5 lbs from 1 day to the next. And I'm not very big.

Keep at it. The results will begin to show b4 long (and the way your clothes fit will change too).
