Feeling better

Ok- so today, I am feeling much better. I’ve got 2 clean meals under my belt which isn’t life changeing for sure- but it’s a start and that’s all I need. I’m getting ready to eat some tuna and almonds for M3 and head home to check on my new puppies (2 new blue pitbulls ;) ) sosososo cute. I can’t wait till they are big enough to run with me in the a.m. I’m trying to not get ahead of myself in thinking about food and working out and such. I have a tendency - like many of you out there, I’m sure - to need instant gratification and when I dont’ get it, I give up or sabotage my efforts by eating shit that I know shouldnt be any where near my mouth :( Boo. Here’s hoping to get through one whole day of eating clean and hit the gym hard tonight for legsssss. I wanna be in pain tomorrow. ;)

    Dont know about you, but I LOVE the next few days after legs. I think its so funny trying to walk, stand up, sit down, and especially going up stairs. haha
