Easy Does It
Sunday, January 11th, 2009Now that I have gotten into my diet and exercise plan I am feeling so much better. I wouldn’t call it diet and exercise though, more like a life style change. My new plan is so easy and I lost 7 pounds in a week. I know you tend to lose more in your first week, but I think I can average 1-2 pounds a week from here to my goal weight. My doctor is interested in the weight, where I am interested in feeling better and how my clothes fit. Right now I have much more energy. I have had a lot of time to work on this plan after being injured for a while. I know how to change it up to keep my body from getting used to the exercises. I am looking forward to my Tuesday weigh in, I think it will tell me if this is going to work.
