Leaving the scale behind? What do you all think?
Monday, August 18th, 2008Is this a good idea? I have decided to no longer weigh myself. I am going to focus on changes in the mirror and how my clothes fit. I got on the scale and it read 197lbs. I have been doing a new workout and diet for two weeks and gained 3lbs? Either the scale is wrong or I have put on some muscle. I do have to take into account water weight too. I know I’m not getting fatter because everyone says it looks like I’ve lost weight and my clothes fit better. Let me know what you think. Thanks everyone!
