The Perfect Pushup workout and lower body weights
Today I did the Perfect Pushup routine for my upper body and did abs with lower body weight training. For those of you who do not know what the Perfect Pushup system is that I’m always talking about, here is the website www.PerfecPushup.com. It is basically two rotating hand grips that allow your body to rotate naturally throughout the pushup. It comes with a workout program for different exercises and you do the exercises based on your level of strength. There is even a program for people who cannot do a regular pushup.
