The Perfect Pushup
My husband has been using the Perfect Pushup for about a month. He is now doing 90 pushups total each workout. I can already see new muscle developement in his arms, back, abs and shoulders. If you like a good upper body workout that is easy to follow and doesn’t take too long, I would give this a try. I do some as an upper body workout when I want something different and it is great.

Probably a silly question, but what is the difference between the perfect push-up system and just doing push-ups?

Sounds like a pretty good workout. I’ve never heard of this. Maybe you could explain it in a little more detail. So glad to hear he’s getting good results from it.
