Starting back with Definition

Everyone is telling me to start back slow untill I’m feeling 100% again. Today I’m going to do weights and I’ll do cardio tomorrow. I’ll do the upper body Definition program today which is my favorite, but I’ll go a little lighter on the weight. I still think I’ve lost some muscle from being sick for so long. Oh well, I’ll just keep moving and will most likely be back to where I was in no time!

Suggestions Please!!!!!!!!!

I’ve had this flu like thing for about two weeks now and I’m finally starting to feel better. I want to start working out again but I’m not sure if I should ease into it or just pick up where I left off. I feel like I’ve lost some muscle so I probably can’t lift the weight that I was lifting. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Making positive changes

I am so happy with the positive changes I have been making as far as diet and exercise. Other people have noticed the changes too and have been asking me for diet and exercise tips. I’m no expert, so I can only say what works for me and of course get them to check out this website. Knowing that others are seeing the changes and wanting to make them for themselves really keeps me going. I am finally starting to get back the energy I had as a youth when I was active in sports. Having a regular exercise program makes me feel like I’m back in gym class which I always enjoyed. Today is an off day from working out, but I do bowl on Wednesdays, so that is something. With this new found energy and love of working out I feel I will have no problem reaching my goals!

Definition workout today

I was sick off and on for about a week, but from my diet and the workouts I got in I’m down 2 lbs and 1/2 an inch off my hips. I plan to do the upper body Definition program today. The Definition program is my favorite. Before an injury two years ago it helped me to loose 25 lbs, so I know it will help me reach my goals!
