Starting fresh
Thursday, September 27th, 2007After the injuries, waiting for test results and vacation, my waist got bigger and I put on some weight. I am starting fresh with some new goals. I want to drop 2-3 dress sizes by the first week in April for my Florida vacation. Next I want to drop at least one more dress size by June for my brother’s wedding. I am happy that I was able to accomplish some of my original goals, lowering my resting pulse and lowering my blood sugar.
To accomplish my new goals I am going to follow the Sugar Busters diet recommended by my doctor. I plan to do weight training four days a week and cardio 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes to start with. I refuse to give up! I will accomplish my goals! I will be healthy! I thank all of you who have helped me and who will continue to help me.
