I went off my diet an put on some weight, but I did all my workouts. So far today I’ve been good. Can anyone give me some ideas for staying on track? Thanks
My measurements didn’t change as much as last time, but they did change. I did go off my diet a couple of times this week for birthday parties. The positive is that I now know that the diet is working.
I am happy to say that I’m down 2Lbs, and my waist is an inch smaller. I want to thank everyone for the diet and exercise tips. Every tip helps me! Thanks Everyone!
