I was in the gym and Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson came on...I hear "I'm gonna make a change....for once in my life. Can I tell you I got chills, wide eyed smile and had the best workout ever. I mean I know this song has so many other meanings but self application..the only person that can make these life changes is ME! The only person that can have the healthy eating habits, preparation, workout schedules, the drive to wake up every morning and know I am turning into a better verison of the awesome person I am and taking myself to new heights. I can't spread the knowledge of what I am learning, of the feeling good after a workout, or that feeling running to a train and no longer huffing and puffing until I make the changes internally. So when I am in the mirror with the weights still learning the basics with my workout list in hand writing down every rep set and weight, or doing my cardio or insanity workout that song plays in my head and in my ears and in my soul!
