man flu..lifting and a chuffin loose tooth!

so,i wake up saturday with a sore throat,oh sheet i thought to myself. my parents were over for the weekend,house full of people but wanted to do shoulders. carried on regardless but wasnt the best  start to the weekend. by sunday felt like dog toffee so started quaffing water by the bucketload.made no difference! by monday i was a typical bloke with a cold,ie about as usefull as a chocalate frying pan! went to work and got home to do back,no energy,felt like sheet but got into it anyway. by the end i felt great,my back felt like it was going to burst and set a pr for deadlifts! chuffin great till about two hours after! felt like i wouldnt see tuesday! i know,typical overreaction from a bloke with a cold. so today arrives and felt a little better,today was chest/biceps. had a really good one,felt really strong and even got my biceps done. only one problem,after a hard bit of lifting on chest i felt something work abit loose in my gob! well stone me i have worked a tooth loose! cant beleive it,a chuffin tooth! other people pull a muscle and i pull a tooth! wtf is all that about! might have to get a pair of pliers and pull the little bugger! never had a tooth fall out,must be cos i am getting old or sumfink! i can feel it wobbling about in my head now,chuffin hell. anyway,feel pretty good at the mo apart from that and the fact that some tosspot wants me to drive them up north in the middle of the night tonight,he better give me a tip the dip****!

you know what,its the end of another chuffin week in my chuffin car! tell you what though it aint been totally dog toffee. i got my two sessions in. it started abit sheet and got better. monday i had loads of work but a gap in the morning. i pegged it home and thought i had an hour and a half for legs.put my tracky bottoms on got the squat stand out chucked the bar up and some plates…..the chuffin phone goes! "where are you" the knob on the other end goes. "why" i say. "you are sposed to be in blah blah chuffin blah" twats forgot to tell me i had a job! suit back on and in the car all sodding day! that really hacked me off. anyway,tuesday comes i tell them to eff off as i am lifting. went pretty well but dropped a few reps compared to last week,pissed me off a little.  got shoulders/triceps in yesterday.they feel fine today apart from one of my traps hurts like a sod for some reason. my shoulders never get sore however hard i work the little buggers! saw my boss today and turns out i am making him happy again! that wont last long,dip****! mrs stuwantsmore bought me some creatine this week but not sure if i want to use it.what with whey and weightgainer all the bloody food and crap i am shoving down my throat,dont think my poor old belly could take it at the mo! so,all in all i am happy as a pig in sh.t,film and aero bubbles tonight,cushti. oh yeah forgot to mention,i put 10kg on my bench last week,well chuffed.perhaps 3 times a week is working.

chuff it,i better do one. i met the boss this afternoon for the first time since our ruck! first time i have seen the dungfunnell in a good long while.as it turned out it was fairly amicable wich was nice in a keep your job sort of way! so looks like he might be getting back on my christmas card list but only if he continues to stop being a chuffin wanker!  anyway,did my legs on saturday with a longer/heavier bar,went really well with a wider grip and got well carried away,did a lot of squats plus the split too and leg extensions for quads and hams. in fact right now they are f….d! royally! so much so that it effected my workout this morning,stone the chuffin crows they are sore allover the little buggers! its a good thing,i think! looks like the 3 days a week routine will suit me and my lifestyle. i am lifting more intense so far and keeping in the good books of the bloke that pays my wages,tosser! lets see what the rest of the week will bring in the world of stu and his chuffin car blah blah blah. oh yeah,and i have only had two pieces of cake today! mind you dont ask me how big the slices were!

so,in the end last weeks 3 workouts went very well,especially the leg one.that was chuffin great! still am getting nothing concrete from the man in the office,the twat. he says he cant promise me the time i need to do my workouts! chuffin plank! he says he dont understand why i need the time. i did begin to explain why,ie need recovery time blah blah blah but then i thought,bollocks and why the chuffin hell does he need to understand anyway,the stupid git! so,i will soldier on and get my 3 a week in whatever.needless to say the wanker is off my christmas card list!  in other news my new squat stands are the dogs danglies,really happy with them and collected a longer barbell yesterday so cant wait for next leg day on saturday to really kill the buggers! al will be pleased to know i am not eating as much crap as i used to but not gonna say i am an angel yet when it comes to chucking cake and crap down my neck. the wife dont seem too happy with the rapid expansion of my iron collection though! better get her a nice christmas prezzie! did back this morning and even had time to lay down after! good job cos i felt royally f….d after it! so all in all i am a happy stu,long may it continue,right,time to open the fridge!

need to get my dog toffee straightened out!

so my friends,i have to admit defeat.work has royally f…ed my training schedule up! so,this week i have done some serious thinking,it bloody hurt i have to say. thing is,the last little bit of late am time i had to lift has chuffed off cos some twat needs a car at that time every day and guess what,its me! so,having fell out big time with the firm last friday and talking with a good friend i have decide to train 3 times a week for a while. he reckons my shedule is so messed up it is having or will have a negative effect on my progress. cant have that bollocks so i listened to him. wont go into too much detail cos i dont want you to fall asleep but. basically,my diet is good and i will have more time to recover as i will train extrememley hard when i do! there will be less stress as i wont be missing lifting and therefore the end result is i should grow abit and maybe my arse wont be so boney! also,will stick to all the compound stuff,by the way,my new squat stands arrived today and i just built em! look forward to using the buggers soon.the wife really does think i am bonkers now,when i opened the box,she looked at me shook her head and went into the kitchen! so,lets see what happens,my firm should giveme the two days a week i need as the other day is a saturday and i dont work that day.lets see if i put any weight on,wont hold my sodding breath though!

right,as some of you know my work contributes to my training being about as organised as a piss up in a brewery! monday was shoulders and triceps,seems so bloody long ago i forgot what i did! mind you, my traps hurt like a sod yesterday and my tricpes so it must of been ok!  had a long day in the car yesterday,eventually got home from work at 0100 feeling like total dog toffee.got up at 0600 did some work for a few hours then pegged it home for back. really needed this one today as thursday and friday is mental work so i got to do back today. i opened the cupboard door to find it empty! no oatbiccies of wich i normally chuck loads down my throat pre workout! so,only option left was cakes,i quaffed half a dozen with a glass of leaded milk and got into it. only had an hour so minimum rest between sets.by the end of it i was breathing out of both ends! bloody nackered i was. but on the positive side i upped the weight on my deadlifts by 6kg for 10 reps.was well chuffed with that but a litlle worried doing them.did 8 sets for that and 6 sets for pullups wich were crap by the way,couldnt geta single set of 10 this week,dog toffee! after all that,suit back on straight into the car and back to work! felt lovely sitting in the car breathing like i was not well and sweating like a pig in a sauna! nice.

right,its been a busy week again in the sodding car so not much training done. workouts have been bloody marvelous though. yesterday i did chest/biceps,lovel lovely lovely. did the usual pressess,incline work but as last week i finished with hip pushups. stone the crows they are hard little buggers! you really feel your bodyweight on the chest,very sore today. i did dumbell work and barbell curls for my biceps but feel nothing today.back to 21s next week i reckon.  tomorrow i should be doing legs,so hopefully i will get a slot in the morning to hit em. last week legs was really good,this week i hope it will be better. right,you guys need to tell me if this is true. i read in a newspaper over here about a new burger,its called a CRAZ-E. its not made with bread,apparently its a doughnut instead!! some chef invented it,he reckons he ran out of bread or something and now he sells the craz-e! can this be true or is it total bollocks?

right,the man is still taking his pound of my flesh so will get this down before i have to foxtrot oscar to london,again! my workout since sat have been chuffin great.monday i did chest and finished with pushups,i did them with my hands at my sides and facing down if you get my drift! all the bodyweight was on my chest. stone me it felt good,will be doing shedloads more of those buggers in future! great one to finish the workout with. did legs this morning and added a little weight on the split squats and felt really good in a funny sicky kind of way,finished with alot of leg extensions so well pleased. my work is doing my box in,i got loads again this week and with the way things are i gotta get in the car and do it. afterall,it could all go tits up next week! our daughter is having nightmares at the mo so our nights are getting interupted,i had the night off work yesterday but was so bollocksed i ate my chilli and went to bed! first time i went to bed at 1930 for about 40 years! definately getting old! best wishes to you all,right,spose i had better get my dog toffee together and go to work.

so,end of the week ,bloody good job,i just took delivery of some more plates,lovely jubbly. will be going heavier on the old deads tomorrow. my bloody traps and triceps are doing my head in today! i knew it was a good one yesterday,i could feel it in my water! bring on the back and those extra plates,cushti. no work tomorrow so can give it loads. i will watch "watchmen" after work tonight,along with a hundred weight of maltesers! hope its the dogs bollocks!
