right,the man is still taking his pound of my flesh so will get this down before i have to foxtrot oscar to london,again! my workout since sat have been chuffin great.monday i did chest and finished with pushups,i did them with my hands at my sides and facing down if you get my drift! all the bodyweight was on my chest. stone me it felt good,will be doing shedloads more of those buggers in future! great one to finish the workout with. did legs this morning and added a little weight on the split squats and felt really good in a funny sicky kind of way,finished with alot of leg extensions so well pleased. my work is doing my box in,i got loads again this week and with the way things are i gotta get in the car and do it. afterall,it could all go tits up next week! our daughter is having nightmares at the mo so our nights are getting interupted,i had the night off work yesterday but was so bollocksed i ate my chilli and went to bed! first time i went to bed at 1930 for about 40 years! definately getting old! best wishes to you all,right,spose i had better get my dog toffee together and go to work.

so,end of the week ,bloody good job,i just took delivery of some more plates,lovely jubbly. will be going heavier on the old deads tomorrow. my bloody traps and triceps are doing my head in today! i knew it was a good one yesterday,i could feel it in my water! bring on the back and those extra plates,cushti. no work tomorrow so can give it loads. i will watch "watchmen" after work tonight,along with a hundred weight of maltesers! hope its the dogs bollocks!

thought i had better scribble sumfink down. this week has been blue bloody murder! been working my old deaf and dumb off so only got in a few workouts. legs on monday was dog toffee. i started for work at 0400 and had a hectic morning.by the time i got home i was nackered but got my legs out as i knew i had a busy work week ahead. as i said it was pants,i only managed about 75% of what i would normally do before i gave up! not happy.tuesday was equally busy and wednesday i only had 45 minutes spare all day so did some core work wich actually felt really good surprisingly! today i got shoulders and triceps in. a lovely workout,went a bit heavier on the laterals,even supersetted for a bit,killed the triceps for 12 sets so all is not lost. feel much better now although i have run out of weightgainer! will get some tomorrow. cant wait for legs to come round again,will really do the buggers next time. looks like the week will end well.

so,saturday comes and after dropping my daughter off at her climbing class i pegged it back home and got my legs out. really wanted 10 sets of split squats this week. i got to the 9th set and thought,the 10th is just not going to happen! was seeing stars by now and feeling like hurling wich was not nice. so finished at 9 and was well hacked off! i finshed off the workout with the usual stuff but felt pretty down.anyway,shrugged it off and put it down to being a lazy old bugger!! so,today comes and i want to get my shoulders/triceps done.had a mental morning of work so had to train at lunchtime.it started off great but by the time the phone had rung for the 3rd chuffin time i had to answer it. "you got a job to do now". no i dont i thought but i didnt think it i said it! went down like a sack of chod to the bloke on the other end of the line. at that point i hung up and carried on. what a great workout,shoulders were blasted! loads of sets,felt lovely. only thing is i had to call my office after and apologise. i felt a bit bad about it but on the upside had a great workout today.mind you the cheeky sod has got me back by giving me shedloads of work tomorrow! 0400 start! what a load of dog toffee!

chuffin hell,this place is fast moving! one day away and i miss so much,people doing allsorts,cant keep up with it all! so,got home after midnight last night and up again at 0545 for work,have to say i felt like chod when i woke up this morning. got back from work,didnt sit down quaffed some scoff,had a nice cup ot tea and hit my chest. i tried to get 10 reps on barbell press with a slightly heavier weight,wasnt happening,well hacked off so as a punishment i did another 3 sets to 10 with less weight! felt a bit better after that. did some flyes,flat and incline,the usual chod. got to the end of it and decided on 21s again.didnt feel so good this week,time for a break and back to basics for those little buggers! got shedloads of work again tomorrow,but legs on saturday,aahhh bisto.

so,was back this morning,love back,always fills up with shedloads of blood! you know the feeling.anyway,got back from work,chucked some scoff down my neck and got right into it. started with 5 sets of pullovers before doing my intended 5×10 pullups.first 2 sets fine but the last 3 were pure dog toffee! could only get sevens! wtf is going on,before i went away i was doing them weighted for the first 3 sets! when i got to the end of the 5th set i was well hacked off,my face looked like an abandoned walnut!! why cant i do em now? so,went onto bent over rows,no problem,even put a bit of weight on.after that did 5 sets of deadlifts and something else after that wich i cant remember what they were as i am an old fart now!! it was a good workout apart from the chuffin pullups. maybe i need more cake or something! i got an all day and night job tomorrow so good job its a rest day.wont even be able to get on here now till thursday,fancy booking me for a whole day and nights work,stupid tossers! right,ckae and maltesers i reckon.

so,i have been back in merry old england for a few days now,back to 20 odd degrees celcius and looking out the window at grey sky and heavy rain! dog toffee springs to mind. anyway,to my delight whilst i was on my hols,a neighbour delivered a bench and set of weights to the house we were staying in! perfect i thought.mind you,only one dumbell! wasnt gonna complain though. one thing i didnt think of though was training outside in 30 degree heat and getting eaten alive by the sodding mossies whilst sweating my old deaf and dumb off! bloody hell its hard to workout in that heat. got a few good ones in,concentrated on compound stuff only in between chucking ice cream,and steaks off the bbq down my throat! beleive it or not i ate so much and was so inactive the rest of the time i actually gained abit of weight!! yeah i know,i was well chuffed. holiday over now and went back to work two days early! the tossers got a sniff that i might be back and laid on work for me,dip****s! worked out 3 days in a row now,sore as toffee but feel bloody great. chest and biceps today,a real good one.on some of the sets i lowered the rep rate by a couple and upped the weight.did 21s for the arms 4 sets and the last one with only 10kg on the bell!! crap i know but those 21s burn like a sod! so,its good to be back in some ways and great to see you all doing well and working hard. right,off to the fridge for my cake!
