so,called the office this morning early,"take the morning off" they said. ok then,better make use of it,decided to do a bit of core work.no leg raises,bollarks to them i thought,will try something different this week.anyway,45 mins around about,felt bloody good. so had some scoff and relaxed abit,nice i thought,to good to be true. so bit later on i call the office,"take the afternoon off" you what! why didnt you tell me earlier you twat! i could have done loads more! dipstick. so,i go to the shops to get stuff for the holiday. when i get home i think to myself,"gotta workout again" shame not to really,i felt good so why not. hit my back.got the plate out for some weighted pullups,better this week. did some bent over rows,then some deadlifts,then some pullovers. pukka! so i got 2 done in one day! will rest tomorrow whatever the office tells me! right,time to chuck the pizza down my neck before it gets cold! 2 workouts,does that mean 2 pizzas?

so,had my day off work on sat,got up early,threw some oats and crap down my neck and got my legs out. warmed up alot first,sissy squats crap like that and thought right,split squats it is to start. love the buggers,cant get enough of em. intended to 5 sets for each leg but got well carried away! thought to myself "bollarks to the squats" just carried on with the splits.loads of extensions after that and 3 sets of squats to finish.mind you,was pretty light on the squats and felt chuffin horrible after. was breathing out of my old deaf and dumb for a while! all in all,a nice one. sunday,did sweet fa,my quads and bum felt a little sensitivebut they are more or less ok now. did my shoulders today and after the dog toffee workout i had with them last week decided barbell all the way today.lovely,got a lovely burn to them and got in 25 odd sets,lovelylovelylovely. feeling good now but i have yet to venture into the kitchen so maybe the mood will change in an hour or so!

this one is a little more serious than usual!

so,chest and triceps today,triceps cos i ran out of time on tuesday and felt the need. after talking with a friend on here i decided to go the superset route for both.will see what happens. made me sweat like a pig! anyway,i have been looking into any new ideas to slow my absolutley bloody bonkers metabolic rate! i got the stuff about more food but good food,peanut butter by the kilo,nuts,milk,of wich i am drinking loads,i have thought about buying my own cow!! lower reps and heavier weight. more rest between sets! mind you,there i go supersetting today! twat! very little cardio stuff.incidentally,i rode my bike today for about 5 miles to collect my wifes car from the garage,every peddle stroke i was thinking,"another million of my precious calories doing the off!!  i was peddling so slow i might as well have walked it! i am even walking slower,wich some of my clients find really annoying! sod em,they will have to wait.  cant think of much else to do,maybe become a cat and sleep for 16 hours a aday! seriously though,what else is there? any ideas cos my box is getting pretty hacked off with all this bloody crap!!

work is a spanner!..and i just burnt me sausages,again!

so,got up this morning with the thought of doing a bit of work,coming home doing my back and off out again,pukka! problem is,the dog and bone goes at 0815. "change of schedule mate,you out at 1000 and on it most of the day and late work tonight" oh yeah "also heavy day tomorrow". end of phone call. i am now looking at the phone and the window thinking how far i can throw this sodding phone! right,i need to do back now otherwise,sweet fa for two days! cant be doing with that. i have an hour and 15 to do it. out with the barbell,out with the pullup bar,on with the rucksack loaded with a plate and away i go! got 2 sets of weighted pullups plus 2 sets with bodyweight.to be honest the last 2 sets were pants! did some pullovers,then got some deads in and dumbell rows,finished off with more pullovers. sweating rather profusely,blimey were did that expression come from! so had my second shower of the morning and my second breakfast and out the bloody door. just got home and burnt my bloody sausages! cindered the buggers,so just potato and a bloody great big bowl of ice cream for dinner! at least i got my back in but wasnt ideal.did weighted pullups for first time so it wasnt all dog toffee!

so,saturday comes and do a little core work,went fine but the leg raises are a struggle.am improving but they are sodding hard little buggers to do. went to the game shop to buy a nintendo wii for my daughters birthday.i had every intention to buy some new clothes as i am down to 1 pair of jeans that fit! but…i just couldnt be arsed,bloody shops do my box right in. so went home for a kip instead,lovely. so,sunday comes round,i get up early really keen to put my shoulders and triceps in a morning hell. after i get to about 15 sets i am thinking about my triceps but hang on a sec..sumfink is not right,my piggin shoulders are not on fire yet! this is total dog toffee! i am now well hacked off so i decide to punish the little gits and give them 10 more sets! so,no triceps done,mind you my shoulders need it more.feel fine today. so bollarks to the bells i am back into barbell love next time.

as for me and the kitchen.i went out and left the bloody hobs on the other day! when i got home they were glowing red hot and it was a little warm! stupid twot! so,now constantly reminding myself to turn it all off before i go out! the food is improving so at least i dont have to order anymore dog poo takeaways! back tomorrow,loads of pullups and deadlifts and anything else i can punish it with.
