so,did legs today,nothing unusual in that apart from the fact i did split squats for the first time. used a barbell instead of bells,got the form dead right and away i went. stone me those buggers hurt! did some squats after that although not as many as usual owing to the fact that my quads were telling me to do one! also did some leg extensions,loads of em and now am feeling well and truly past my sell by date! i ventured into my personal hell that is the kitchen as the family are away and i have to fend for myself. honestly my diet is so bad at the moment even a starving skunk would turn his nose up! gordon ramsey is well and truly safe,well unless he eats sumfink i cooked! bloody hell my legs feel weak!

so,after finishing work at 0300 sat am and sleeping until 1400,then feeling like dog toffee allday,then going out with my brother sat nite! sunday arrives.am up early for the usual boring breakfast and time to go for my goal! start with 5×10 pullovers to get the blood going. then i go for 5x 10 pullups. first three sets,peice of piss..the last two,stone me those buggers were hard! i swear for the last few reps i had to let out a rather large grunt to get em done.no idea what the neighbours thought but sod em! i had to do it. did some rows after that,then some deadlifts and sumfink else to finish,forgot what it was,my age showing again! the wife has been away for a week now and after locating the kitchen,it turns out i cant cook for toffee! take away anyone? well chuffed with the pullups,weight goes on next time.

so,the other day i complained of something wrong with my stomach,turns out something was not right in there and for a day or so i wa shall we say a little less focused on things!! basically,for 24 hours i wasnt happy,working with an upset stomach is not a pleasant experience but all back to normal now.so will resume eating copious amounts of whatever i fancy at the time! couple of really ****e days at work but had a great shoulders and triceps workout this morning,i plan to do back on saturday or sunday,maybe better saturday as i am out sat night and will get bloody messy! i want 5 sets 10 pullups,i really want them cos i really want to add some weight for the pullups but have to acheive the 5 sets first,gotta do it. if i dont i will burst.

right,i keep reading all these great blogs and dont do my own as usual. so,this morning i did my legs,went really well,got a pb in the squats that i was happy with. the thing is i know i can lift more and still get my old deaf and dumb on the floor! problem is i am struggling to get the sodding barbell over my head now! i went to my local gym for a deko and they want about a million quid a month! bugger that,so now i am looking for a rack to use at home. i will get one while the wife is away on holiday and hope she dont notice it when she comes back! i have been well hungry allday today and eating like a pig,no problem but i now have a massive trapped wind problem and need to do an almighty fart to make room for my shake and whatever else i find in the fridge! think i will do some core work tomorrow,maybe that will make me fart!!

i wasnt going to write tonight but thought,sod it i got to say it. i had a full day at work today.i did a corporate event at a health club,very posh it was. anyway,dropped my clients off at 1200,they were all very smartly dressed and said we will be done by 1530 ish. ok i thought,need a rest day anyway as my back is sore as hell from yesterday. 1530 comes and goes,1630,1730,1830! by this time i am tired, hungry and hacked right off! so,i go in the health club to see what the chuff they are upto. turns out there are 4 girls left in there,the 4 i need to take home.all of them drunk out of their skulls! i mean totally fractured.i said to them its time to go.15 mins later they decide to get up at wich point 1 of them chucks up all over the bloody table! stupid twat i thought.by now i am well pissed off. guess what she said after chucking up all over the place, "what did i eat" what did i eat! more like what did you drink you moron,now get in the sodding car so that i can get rid of you and go home and eat something. got them to the first place and the girl who threw,fell out of the car into a heap in the road,sod this i thought,i propped her up against a wall and drove off! they were so polite and posh at 1200 this morning,amazing what a couple of glassess of plonk can do.

hi all,its so interesting reading all the blogs on here i forget to write one myself! right,did my legs on saturday am,it felt good after two days rest but felt sonething was lacking. didnt matter though cos they still feeling it tonight so must have been good! i have had two 0400 starts for work and am feeling abit fractured.i thought to myself this morning"sod the workout" will got to bed. but when i got home i couldnt get it out of my head so went ahead and did shoulders and triceps.was a real sod to complete but felt great afterwards,bloody tired now mind you. i also got a new shake and the instructions said 3 scoops with two cupfuls of milk. stone me,its like drinking tar! dropped it down to two scoops so i can get it down my neck. taste like dog toffee as well! oh well.

right then,work is now slowing up and looks to be like that for the next few weeks.yippee,i can now do some proper work hopefully,no phone calls and not so many hours/miles to do. my back is still sore down one side from deadlifts i did the other day and my chest hurts alot today after a great one yesterday.went very slow very strict,felt every single rep.its a bootiful thing. so,rest today tomorrow before making myself ill on sat with the legs. i am also now the proud owner of a shiny new pullup bar! can do wide or close grip,behind the neck,allsorts,lovely,lovely,lovely. i tried leg raises just to have a go. i thought my core was fairly strong,evidently not! will be putting that right,no worries.

rushed home as usual this morning to put my back through something or other. right,i thought,want 30 sets today,100% strict no fartarsing about! got going and felt really good,was really getting into it.i wanted to do 10 sets of deadlifts last and got to number 7.guess what,the sodding phone rings,"you need to leave now" said the dipstick on the other end of the phone! bugger i thought,well i actually thought alot worse than that but you get my drift. well,i threw on my suit,grabbed a bunch of grapes from the fridge! couldnt find the chocalate quick enough! and pegged it to the car. my back was full of blood and i was sweating like a pig! the next two hours spent in the car was a rather unpleasant one. but at least i got the workout in,bloody good job.
