a tricky one!!

hi all,had a strange day today. i started work thinking that i wouldnt have time to work out today so was pretty hacked off in the car this morning. then i had a gap in the middle of the day so legged it home and had an hour and 15 to eat and workout.i chucked a load of pasta and tuna down my neck and started on chest.not the best i ever did but was happy i did it. i went back to work and was thinking about the fact that i didnt do bisceps as well,so when i got home i decided to hit them as well! i did them pretty fast and hard and it felt well good to my surprise! so basically i trained twice in one day! dont think i will make a habit of it though.my stomach feels better after i stopped trying to stuff a ton of food down my gob every day. not sure what to do now regarding food intake. i need more inside me but proving a little tricky. bloody hell,i feel hungry now! wheres my biscuits?

    We are polar opposites on eating. There’s no way I could down a meal then workout. I’d have a terrible workout, and risk have a return visit………..

    Glad you squeezed in an unplanned w/o though. :D
