hi all,hit my shoulders and trisceps yesterday.i am still getting a huge pump in my shoulders and after trying a few variations am feeling it working better.am also finding i cannot go so heavy on tris wich is a little frustrating,am still doing weighted dips 3×12 at 15kg…not long before i get to 20kg i think. dips are the final sets in my routine. am still eating more but on the advice i got from here i have dropped back a little to try and get rid of the bloated feeling i get. rest day today but i have a full days work tomorrow so i hit my core when i got home from work tonight.i only intended it to be for 15 minutes or so but i got carried away and it turned into a bit of a session! they will hurt for a couple of days i reckon. chest and bisceps saturday,cool. time for lemon drizzle cake!!

hey al,in answer to your question,probably.its a bit sweet but i will soldier on with it,ha ha.i am washing it down with whey though.

BRAD,you know sometimes something just feels right,its dips for me,oh yeah and cake! sorry.
