my seafood diet

hi all,i had a rest day today,not part of the routine but 14 hours in the sodding car made me have a rest day! my midsection is pretty sore today.,so al will be happy!! i am still feeling bloated with the more food intake thingy. i thought of a name for my new diet,its the seafood diet,i seefood and eat it! pretty poor i know,sorry. but seriously,my stomach has been horrible allday today.i woke up early and i just couldnt finish breakfast! i ate steadily throughout the day and on the way home got a really weird feeling in my stomach that is still with me now. it feels full but i feel hungry! how weird is that. cant work out what the problem is,dont tell me its cake,cos i didnt eat any today!! getting a little hacked off with it now.mind you back/bis tomorrow,cool.

hi all,hit my shoulders and trisceps yesterday.i am still getting a huge pump in my shoulders and after trying a few variations am feeling it working better.am also finding i cannot go so heavy on tris wich is a little frustrating,am still doing weighted dips 3×12 at 15kg…not long before i get to 20kg i think. dips are the final sets in my routine. am still eating more but on the advice i got from here i have dropped back a little to try and get rid of the bloated feeling i get. rest day today but i have a full days work tomorrow so i hit my core when i got home from work tonight.i only intended it to be for 15 minutes or so but i got carried away and it turned into a bit of a session! they will hurt for a couple of days i reckon. chest and bisceps saturday,cool. time for lemon drizzle cake!!

feeling bloated…any ideas?

hi all,after talking with some of you good poeple on here i have started to eat more. so,now i am eating larger portions and still throwing stuff down my gob every couple of hours. problem is that i am now starting to feel like my stomach has got a baby cow running around inside it!!  especially in the evening.the morning is genarally ok but as the day goes on i get fuller and fuller. any suggestions? i thought maybe eat every hour and smaller portions but just not practical. what the chuffin hell can i do to get the balance right,what with food,drinking protein,taking in water,creatine,more bloody food,cake,bloody hell the list never ends.  my legs feel buggered after yesterday. better go and get some cake,after all i only finished my chicken an hour ago!

hi all,well,it turns out my holiday has ended early. i got a night shift tonight,total pants. last couple of days were great,went on the bike with my kid yesterday,great day. she enjoyed it so much that we did it again today. i had to put my legs workout back to this afternoon because of this. but after two days bike riding and a leg workout they are feeling somewhat "spongy". i think they will be pretty much buggered tomorrow. i am trying to eat larger portions of food but struggling abit. the wife will buy me some new types of food to try tomorrow,maybe that will help. at least if i work tonight i can eat more when i am usually asleep! gotta find a positive somewhere.just eaten and now feel hungry again! better break into the fridge.

hi all,today is a rest day for me so i decide to go for a bike ride.great weather over here for a change,23 degs and sunny,pukka. i told my wife to load up our daughters bike and drive to a bike track and i would meet them there and ride with my daughter and her friend. by the time i got to the bike track i was sweating like a pig on the farm in august! we rode around and around for a couple of hours and i rode back home. i feel bloody nackered now but was good fun. much better than sitting on a stationary bike staring at the tv!  i got legs tomorrow and am really looking forward to it,mind you,my legs are not overly excited at the prospect! stuff em i say,i will kill the buggers!

2500 calories a day,not enough i reckon.

hi all,i have been trying to work out my calorie intake per day and have come out at around 2.5k. i have this hyper metabolic rate that i guess makes me an ectomorph! bad news for me. i am doing about 6 meals a day,3 main and snacks inbetween. am i right in saying my intake is not high enough and i need to eat more? problem is,when and what? i could throw cake at my face allday washed down with beer! but thats all wrong i spose. pizzapizza pizza,dunno bout that either. its a problem. did chest and biceps this morning,felt pretty good,really good for the biceps. got legs on monday,am starting to really enjoy legs,never thought i would ever say that! now,wheres that cake?

hi all,got a question. does anybody go bare foot when they are lifting? i was thinking about it today.i dont wear trainers when i am lifting,it feels more comfortable to me that way. i think i read something about it somewhere but cant remember if it was a positive article or not. anybody got any views?

hi all,i got home this morning and decide to do back on its own. after my blog about back and chest i thought alot about it and decided to change things around again!  at least it will keep my body guessing i spose. did a hard workout and tonight my back feels tighter so is promising,will see tomorrow. am gonna do chest with biceps amongst other things i have changed about. i have got to go back to work tonight wich it complete arse but what can you do?  will maybe do a little core work tomorrow,nothing to heavy as sposed to be rest day but with the changes i am running out of time.just ate pasta and my wife has given me a chocalate mouse! shame not to throw it at my face really! i will wash it down with a bit of whey,no harm done!  one last thing,my wife said to me last night that my legs are getting bigger,was well pleased,just have to get my head round the idea of shaving the buggers now! yuuk.

shoulders and rest.

hi all,i think i am going to get my workout routine back to normal after a few messed up days.will be happy if it works out. i did shoulders yesterday and it felt really good,they feel pretty tight today. i did alot of sets,around 30 odd,all strict 10 to 12 range.it took me a while to get throught it but was very happy when i got to the end. think i will stick with that for a couple of weeks. gonna do chest and back tomorrow but after last week and a particularly good suggestion from  a lad on here,will do back first.  the sun finally came out over here so feeling pretty good. was getting well cheesed off with the bloody rain!!

hi all,my routine got shot to pot this week cos of work.i ended up working out thursday friday and today,not ideal.i was feeling good doing one day on one off but what can you do. i did legs early this morning and midway through my squats got a little twinge in one of my knees. decided to carry on and have no problems now,so was the right decision. problem with 3 days in a row is i feel prett sore allover wich is why i wanted to change my routine.my body just proving the point i spose. also had a lot of joint pain in my elbow yesterday,but only when i moved my arm in a backwards motion! felt bloody painful and thought i was going to be stuffed for a while but woke up this morning and it felt fine! weird that. got work allday tomorrow wich is total pants,but get a rest day wich is good.
