after an uneasy nights sleep i woke to find my car is still there! after friday night i thought they would come back and take it but they didnt. felt pretty happy and after food i hit the weights before going to work. it felt pretty good and my triceps are starting to feel the after effects this evening. good stuff. i think my chest and arms will be pretty sore tomorrow so think i will do some ab work if i get a chance. i need to do something tomorrow as i have a busy few days work from tuesday and wont get much chance to train.work getting in the way as usual! a pain in the arse but thats life.

i woke up this morning and after a good breakfast i did chest and back. i felt pretty strong today and felt good after i had finished. after lunch my daughter and i decided to go for a swim.i went to get the car from the garage and found both the doors open and the inside ransacked! nothing had been stolen and there was no forced entry. i think the scumbags had tried to steal the car. maybe they got spooked and ran off,who knows. i am now worried that they will come back tonight and take it. the police said they would call me back but that was now 12 hours ago and the dealer is not back at work ubtil monday! really annoying for me,you work hard and be good and some tosser comes and does that to you! idiots. anyway,i had a good workout and a great time at the pool with my kid so the day was prety good. i just hope my car is there when i go to work tomorrow!

i just got home from 13 hours driving today,feel shagged out! no workout today because the job got in the way,i hate that but what can you do? my abs are feeling normal for the first time since monday and my left shoulder is sore from wednesday! will kick off again in the morning. my wife told me this week that i look good and she is proud of what i have acheived so far. this made me feel really good and will spur me on to acheive greater results. i have to say that it is a bloody slow process though and is well frustrating. but i will never give up on finding the extra 37 odd pounds i want to put on. i will sit on the sofa tonight and eat and watch hellboy 2,hope it is good.

i got an hour off of work this morning so hit the weights. thought i would have to do it tonight and wasnt happy about it. i only had an hour and what with warming up and all that i had to go with very short breaks between sets.i was nackered by the end and was hard going driving my car after that with muscles full of blood! but,i was well pleased i got the time to do it. my abdominal area is very sore today! the swiss ball for ab work is great. my waist is now 30 inches as apposed to 28 when i started last year. hopefully i can keep it relatively slim whilst putting more weight on. feel good tonight,shoulders tomorrow.

i had a relatively early start this morning so felt a little sleepy when i got home. i decided to eat standing up and get straight into some abdomial work. i knew if i sat down i would stay down and do nothing. hit them hard for 30 odd minutes. i have started using a swiss ball for some of the work.have to say it is a great way to do your abs,got a good stretch and the burn is pretty intense. i ate alot of food today again wich is cool but i did have alot of chocalate cake,i love chocalate! mind you i cant put any fat on so it shouldnt matter apart from the fact that my arteries are getting abit bunged up!! i got a manic work day tomorrow so will probably have to workout in the evening,bugger! i really hate doing it in the evening,i always feel stronger in the morning! ho hum.

well,i started legs saturday morning and after the first couple of sets of squats i felt a sharp pain in my right knee! i thought i could work through it but as l lifted for the next set i got a lot of pain. bloody hell i thought,if it aint one thing its something else! today it feels sore and looks abit swollen. i do lots of stretching and warming up before i start but i still get pains and twinges now and again.why is that? what am i doing wrong? it never used to happen,bloody annoying.
this morning i did chest and back and it felt very good,particularly my back,so feel alot more positive today. i ate alot of food today including chocalate cake,lovely stuff! havent put any weight on in the last two weeks,dissapointing but will persevere.perhaps i should eat cake everyday!

i got back from work relatively early on thursday morning but did not have much free time. i decided to do my shoulders so hit them pretty hard for about 50 mins. this evening i have noticed that the whole shoulder area is feeling sore,have to be happy about that.have been eating alot of food this week and seem to be hungry all the time at the moment. will do legs saturday am,not looking forward to that much,always makes me feel like throwing up when i do squats! i only had about 3 hours sleep last night because of work so will try to catch up some before tomorrow. think i will eat a banana or two,

i did back and biceps this morning,to be perfectly honest it was rubbish! i couldnt seem to get the blood moving. why is that? frustrating when you pound away for an hour and dont seem to get much reaction. mind you,my abs are hurting from yesterday.sod it,i wont do anything tomorrow,just eat some maltesers or something and maybe will go better on saturday.

did shoulders and triceps yesterday and my triceps are hurting today. had a break this morning so did abs for 30 minutes using a swiss ball for crunches,hurt alot. have one photo from last year and some from this month.i shall upload them. back and biceps tomorrow hopefully.

woke up 0530 felt ok.just got back from work snd my chest is sore from yesterday so dont feel too bad about not working out today. will do shoulders tomorrow am work permitting. i had a late lunch and felt very hungry,not good for me. only ate 6 meals today instead of 7! gutted! must get some pictures to upload as well.
