CUTTING

March 3, 2009

hey everyone,

So for the last two months I have been on a creatine, Nitric Oxide and glutamine mix called Xyience CG3 it was really good.  I definately bulked up.  My weight went up to around 185 and really seeing great pumps and muscle definition in my chest and Lats.  I also have been taking whey protein and BCAAS.  Now I am Cutting…I am off all Creatine, Nitric Oxide.  I am currently taking green tea extract, CLA and glutamine, BCAAS and Whey Protein.  I am down to 178 and have upped my cardio to 5days a week for about 30mins where before I was only doing a day of cardio a week.  I am also currently working my ABS 5 days a week, blasting them hard every day.  the first weeks suched but now I look forward to hitting abs.  I am been putting in 2 hour workouts, working different muscle combinations every day along with cardio and abs.  I am seeing decent results and have slimmed down a bit.  I am hoping to slim down even more for about another month and then I am going to try NO Xplode.  I have hard some decent things from this product and can’t wait to see what insane pumps this product will give me.  Plus the energy can’t hurt.

TRAINING

November 27, 2008

Ok so over this summer I weighed 175 and then my weight ballooned due to drinking alcohol (I turned 21 and the Bar was available and new to me), not excercising because the gym was never open when I was available(I was at school this summer for internships and working reunion for my school) and eating campus food was very difficult, eventhough I tried to eat healthy.  Needless to say at the end of the summer I weighed in at 190.  I was feeling like a pile of crap because the shape I was once in before was lost.  At the start of the new year to school, I cut out drinking alcohol to a minimum (one day of drinking a week) and also hit the gym hard.  I have managed to regain muscle and lose some weight in the process.  I feel as though I am alot stronger now and I am weighing in at 177.  Not to bad for only a 2 months back at it.  Its not 165 but when I was at 165 I was not as muscular.  I am going to continue to workout 5 days a week and hopefully I can put on more muscle before I start to cut.  I want to get down to at least 12 percent body fat but that will be a very tough and hard road.  I am at 19% now so it will take alot of cardio and eating right to lose that body fat and also maintain muscle definition.
