					<description>Awesome- not enough people work on leg development. Ive found for me that the leg press sled is the single best for targeting quads. I place my feet in 2 different places. 1 close together and a little high up gives a good pump near my knees. While shoulder width and mid place gives a good deep pump. I typically do 4 heavy sets 20/15/10/10 of both alternating after squats. I also go down further than most. 
Have you noticed an increased appetite after good leg workouts?</description>
