Spring/Sumemr Results: Upcoming Fall/Winter Goals
Had great results this spring and summer. Really, leaned down and gained a lot of layered muscle here over the summer. Now I am working on making myself get some serious strength to go with my new size. Plus getting as flexiable as gumbe in my yoga class
My legs have really come along. Finally got the leg size and shape I always wanted. Only, problem about 2 months ago I was working out and I hurt my right knee, felt soemthing move and tear in it. It got better and about 2 weeks ago I was working legs again (stevep78 program) and something went wrong in it big time. Its the knee that I hurt in an auto accident about 4 years ago and been giving me trouble ever since, and I thought it was doing just fine and giving me no real problem, sicne I started my leg program. Went to doctor this week and may have to have surgery on it (minor), so working my legs are out of the picture for now, they are wanting to see how it works it self out before they decide what to do exactly to it.
Just going to work on getting leaner and strong for now.
