Legs & Anotehr Pains
I have been doing stevep78 leg workout. Good news. Is that my legs are getting way strong and more defined after only about 5 weeks of work.
Bad news is that after 4 years after a major car accident. When I thought area of my body was healed up and such. I found that they are not healed up fully and the injuries are still there right below the surface. So i got a lot of pain to work thought, but with luck I can make those areas strong and overcome my past injuries. Like I did with others areas of my body from the accident. I’ve not down lower body with weights since that. So I am glad I fully decide to do and make these things better before it to late.
