Been busy with work and other stuff. Not able to hit the gym as much as I like as of late. So I just been doing a lot of cardio the last month or so to lean down. Worked good. Very lean and defined now. Lost 1.5 inches off my waist. Very nice!
I don’t know what my goals are right now. I just bulk for the last year. Add 20 lbs of muscle. Now I think I will go for strength and add a few pounds until spring and than do a new program. What you think of that plan?
One of my other goals is to wear a size large tshirt also next year. Even though I’m at 208. I’m still wearing a med. I’m small frame to start with. How that for size I need to gain.
