Bench press body weight
Yesterday, I was feeling a little tired. Did yoga the day befopre and decide to try soemthing different. Did a warm up on the bench press up to about 80% of my max weight and did a feel other light sets to warm up and get lose.
And than did 10 reps of my body weight with no cheating and total proper form @ 205 lbs!! Would have like to have done another set, but I was dead tired, but I was happy with my results. Can’t wait to hit 20reps at my body weight. I could have busted out a few more reps by cheating. But why spoil a good thing.
