Rome was not built in day

I am sick and tired of people complaing they been going to the gym for 2 months, 2 weeks, 2 years, etc.  And they don’t see any results.  Rome was NOT built in a day and neither will your new body.

Now if you been doing it for 2 years and see no results.  You need to change you program and get a better (or a trainer period) trainer.  Invest in your body for your only got one had it HAS TO last a lifetime and there no refund or exchange on it.

I’m also sick of people saying that they have no time to workout.  Well-than MAKE time!!  You don’t have anytime at all you say?  Get rid of the TV at your house.  That sucks up how many ours of lives everyweek?  30 or something like that-along them lines!!

Amen. I spun my wheels for the first few months I was training just trying to figure out my body type. Unfortunately I didn’t have the spare income for a trainer, but at least knew where to look for advice and ideas. Good quote I read once, "The ship of failure floats on a sea of excuses."

Too true. You have to be consistent and determined and if you can’t find time then you don’t want it bad enough.

    Good post.
