New program for abs and tanning

For the winter here.  Since I accomplish my goals of getting BIG arms this summer.  I plan to get  a huge chest this winter!!!

I also was going to start my abs program again today.  Since, my back have healed up at least from my car accident in June of this year.  But I was way tired at the end of my workout tonight.  I also tanned today and that always wear me down a bit also.  Plus-that the first time I have fake tan sinceJune of this year.  I was doing all natural tanning this summer for a change!!

Actually, everyone in the North should fake tan in the witner.  Yoru body does NOT make Vitiam D and it needs a lot of it everday.  No matter how much you get from food or pills.  it will never be enough for yoru body.  Plus that stuff does not do the body as good as the type made from sunlight hitting your skin!!  You don’t need much fake sun to do a body good.  20 minuates a week should be enought for the vast majority of people.

So tormorrow.  I am going to start my abs program.  I can feel my abs are all hard and realling to get out of and show themselves from all the cardio I do.  I just have to get them a chance to get out of there and get built!!

I do 5 or 6 abs exercises everday 6 days a week.  I do a max of 3 sets ofr each exercise and each exercise to fail.  Works great.  I also add weights to weach exercise as I get more advance with it.  Adding weight really increase the amount of results you get.  Not much.  One–5 or 10lbs plate for each one that not on a machine.  I found a really nice program several years ago in a fitness magazine and it works great for me.  Shall post that program soon!!
