The weekend workouts
I took the weekend from working out. I realize why I felt so tired and sore Saturday and Sunday. I check my workout book and realized I lifted hard and heavy and run hard all this week. I’m going to try to remember to take some photos tonight after I workout and than post them. I also have to get them to remeasure me at the gym this week.
Doing good on my goal to max. out the lat pulldown machine by summer end. In front of the head-behind the head and other pulldowns. Is at 295lbs. Machine maxs out at 300lbs!! Would have beaten it all ready but the car accident at the end of June. Really slowered me down for July and still having problems with it today.
The muscles, tendons, neverves. In my neck and arm having been giving me a lot of problem. Lots of pain. So I have had to keep my bench press weigths down and chest exercises have been on bascially on hold. When they don’t hurt I do it. But that not been much in the last 2 months. So I am really disapponted that I could not get my weigths up with summer past 300lbs. Which I was on the road to doing easily before that accident. You just got to roll with the punches and handle the breaks life gives you.
