Getting stronger and Bigger-but no weight gain!! Arrgh!!!
My wrokout are going very well as of late!! I’ve been getting SO strong in the gym. Lifting new weights levels and my old ones feel so LIGHT and I am bulging out of my clothes from adding new size left and right. And I weight myself today in the AM. 186!! That it! Not gained anything!! I’ve been eating like crazy also!! This is driving me nuts!!!
What you all think of that problem???

You are currently building lean muscle while it eats away at body fat. You probably won’t see an overall weight gain until your bodyfat comes down to a point where the muscle gain takes over.
