Yoga and arms really whip you out!

Had a sub yesterday for my normal yoga teacher who was out sick.  She really put us through our paces.  My arms was killer me from that heavry workout on tuesday.  At least I know I did a really good workout that day!  That how you get bigger and stronger folks.  Took today off from the gym.  Sore as the day is long.  Tomorrow I shall be back at!! 

The Universe is with you!!

To all you guys and ladies out there.  Who writes in your profile how about you use to be weak, or skinny, or over weight, etc.  Hats off to you!!

I was once like that( skinny-no muscle,).  And when I started on this road.  I vowed I would.  One: Never go back and Two:  Fight age and laziness until right after I die and maybe a little bit after that!!

 No matter how you started out.  The only thing that matter.  THE ONLY THING!!  Is how you look right now.  If you your out of shape or getting into shape or actually in shape.  Never stop getting better!!  Regardless if you are 24 or 54!!  Keep at it!!

No one gets out of life alive.  That a fact.  When people think you are 10, 20, or 30 years yougner than you really are!!  And they ask how you did that!!  Tell them.  HARD DAMN WORK!!!  And a lot more of Hard Damn Work after that!!

Whatever your goals are.  5 lbs here or a little bit better legs!!  Make them even longer term!!  Like when you are 40 and 50!!  To all those people out there on this site.  That are in 40’s, 50’s and even 60’s!!  And you are ripped and strong!!  I’m proud to know you!!  I can only hope (and by the Grace of God and the Universe itself)  that I can be like that when I am at that age!!  I don’t know know if I will be looking as good as some of you!!  But I will know that I will have give it all I had-plus a little extra!!

 Just felt like getting that off my chest and into words for some reason tonight!!

Bench Press alert<!-- -->

Monday, April 16th, 2007

Did 2 reps of 265 Lbs today on bench press!!  And 1 rep with help on the bench press!!  Feeling good.  Decide to not do bench press for a week or so and than see what happen.  Good things happen to those who wait!!

 Things are coming along great.  Execpt for I ripped or torn something in my left lat last week doing my back workout.  Not to bad.  But will have to take it easy on the back until it heals.

 Did back and just chest press today.  I prefer to do chest press as a stand along exercise.  Really works well for me that way!!

For all of you asking about new photos!!  Will have new photos for you all in early May!!  Going away on a trip and plan on being very ripped for it!!  So i shall take a lot on that trip and post them all when I get back!! 

Been working like a dog on my back.  Up to 250 on the pulley pull down machine!!  Feeling strong and looking big after that those workouts!!  More to come soon!
