Building back up
Saturday, March 24th, 2007For reasons unknow. This website. Will only allow ones to post Max. One Rep weights. Some of us would like to post our max normal weight for like 6 or so reps.
My bench press weight on here is a bit inacccurante. When I broke my arm in Nov. 2005. I was bench pressing 260lbs for like 4 reps. I was going to an event in the summer of 2006 and wanted to look really buff and big!! So i was trying to get up to a goal of 300lbs for a sext of 6 reps on the bench press!! Well after I broke my arm- that did not happen of course. And I was lucky to attend the event at all. So I just decide to put my max on for that time period and after I start going up from there. I plan to change to get back on my schedule of events and goals!!
So now I am back up to 245lbs for 3 reps. And with luck by years end I will be able to do 300lbs for at least 6 reps. Better late than never I say.
My back work out have been going great. I up to 240 on the pulldown machine for both front and back lat pull down with the stiff bar. Looking forward to maxing that machine out one day soon!!
