Choices...
Every day each of faces a number of choices that we can make that will either bring us closer to our physique goals or further away.about that for a moment. We sometimes get got up in seeing the forest and missing the trees. We know that there are things we need to do in our diets, training, supplements etc. Then we forget that its the little decions we make on an hourly basis that will decide where we ultimately will be. Do you get up and train or sleep in? Do you eat what you know is oulined on your diet or do you eat what you feel like at the moment? Do you eat all your meal or get tired of cooking and preparing and skip one or two? Do you train those abs and do that cardio or tell youself, "I'll do that next time." ??? The point is every day you have choices and in that moment it takes to choose resides your fate. You can continue to choose what is easy and continue with the fate you already know all to well or you can choose what is not so easy and bend/mold fate into somehting you have not experienced. Choose wisely my friends...... you never know if this will be your last day and the power of choice is lost forever.
