I have been back training a week or so now. Its been great so far. I am using HEMODRAULIX, PURPLE WRATH, BCAA, GLUTAMINE, AND OPTIMUM NUTRITION Protein. I use whey pre and post workout, and Nitro core 10 in between meals when i dont eat whole food meals. I also still eat an apple or some oatmeal with my shake. I am sore and tired, and I love it. I just took GABA, melatonin, Omega 3, glutamine, and am bout to take my ZMA. iTS TIME TO REST.

I just want to say we had some crazy workouts in that tiny little gym. I AM on a destroyer, for those of you who know what I am talking about. Its all about improvising, and coming up with new ideas. After the Helicopters left we did a workout in the hanger consisting of clean and presses, squats, and walking lunges. It was so humid back there. It felt like texas. I am almost home now, and cant wait to use my normal gym. I also cant wait to cook my own food. mmmm

Well, I am not going to be at sea for a while, and have time to train hard and eat better. I will also be gearing up for my deployment by stocking up on protein, and vitamins. I am weighing 235 and getting bigger. I am also battling with forearm tendonitis, but am still training. I am very motivated, and really want to succeed. I just got the book BETTER THAN STEROIDS. I cant wait to read it.
