					<description>I'm glad I don't have to do my fitness test until May.  I'm not supposed to run except for once a year for my PT test.  I'd like to know how I'm supposed to pass that way.  Enjoy your move to Texas.  I have a son in college there. He much prefers the weather here.</description>

					<description>Thanks for the advise. Squats are apart of this M&amp;amp;#38;F mag routine I'm doing this month. If it doesn't go away by next week I'll substitute it for something else. I heard a lot of good things about the 300 workout too. I'm also looking into Crossfit in my area.</description>

					<description>Try doing a small muscle workout by working your abs, forearms and calves just to mix it up.  Either that or try the 300 workout.  
I had the pulled groin muscle from squats a few months ago.  I found it went away quickly and was minor in nature.  Hope you are the same.</description>
