Ouch
Man, I think I pulled my groin yesterday during my legs workout. I was during squats and I felt a slight pain down there and I hope it’s not bad. I stretched and jogged on the treadmill beforehand too. Let’s see how it feels over the next couple of days. Other than that though I’m feeling pretty good. Got a great workout in yesterday and today is one of my day offs so I kinda don’t know what to do with myself. What do you guys do on your days off from the gym?

Try doing a small muscle workout by working your abs, forearms and calves just to mix it up. Either that or try the 300 workout.
I had the pulled groin muscle from squats a few months ago. I found it went away quickly and was minor in nature. Hope you are the same.

Thanks for the advise. Squats are apart of this M&F mag routine I’m doing this month. If it doesn’t go away by next week I’ll substitute it for something else. I heard a lot of good things about the 300 workout too. I’m also looking into Crossfit in my area.
