					<description>I am sure you've heard this a thousand times, but the scale is too variable day to day to be your best guiode.  It lets youknow how you are doing over time but day to day look in the mirror and check how your clothes are fitting you.  Mucle is more dense than adipose tissue so the number in the scale is not the best measure of how you are doing.
