actions to stick to
2012 is my year
Ok so here are a few notes I want to try and follow this year.
- Lose 14lbs and get down to 126lb and stay there!
- really work on my strength and be able to do at least 3 pull ups!
- practice portion control, meals to consist of mainly green veg and protein
- teatime meal to be the smaller meal of the day.
- think before i eat and eat clean 95% of the time.
- not to let myself go on holidays as have a few this year.
13/02 going to add two more goals!
- do a triathlon (have my eye on a july one)
- try a crossfit on the ramp course.
