This is going to seem majorly unhealthy but tomorrow is going to be abit more relaxed than id like.
Breakfast: make coconut pancakes with low fat greek yoghurt mixed with protein
Lunch: Out for lunch with grannie, hope to make sensible choices!
Dinner: out of dinner to a pizza place with work, hope not too over induldge!
Evening: normally have a small piece of dark chocolate but considering how much I will have ate out I must remember not to have this (dont deserve it)
Looking forward to Tuesday when i can tighten the reigns on the diet.
hopefully more straightforward than today.
