Want results! so calculating everything that passes my lips!
I hadnt seen any progress in a few weeks so on Monday I started to calculate exactly what I am eating. Im a serial snacker and had found that a nibble here and there was easily wiped from my memory.
After reading an article on BB on a 6 pack diet I figured out what calories, carbs, protein & fat I would follow for a few weeks to begin with anyway.
When I began this i weighed 134lbs. So Ive been trying to stick to no more than 1300 calories a day, 67 grams of carbs, 26 grams of fat and 134 grams of protein a day. I have found it hard keeping the fat around 26 grams and this generally tends to be around 35g.
Ive upped my morning cardio and include some intense hiit.
Have dropped a couple of pounds and 1% bodyfat in 8 days, hope to see some more progress.
I look forward to hearing any nurtitional and training tips the can offer. I want results and i want them now!lol

Did your bodyfat lose come from your upped cardio or did you decrease your fat intake?
I think its mostly came from change in diet to be honest. But been trying to lift 5 days a week and doing cardio most mornings on an emty stomach. Looking forward to see the results in another week.
