					<description>Have you tried strenghtening your wirst with a veriety of diferent exercises. Like one per plane of motion, just so you have a good muscle balance. I'm just guessing but maybe its a wirst tendonitis, If it is, the doc might put you on on some anti inflamatories, or you could go see a physiotherapist who'll give you a buch of exercises to do for it. Either way you need to get diagnosed</description>
