My favorite day of the week !
CHEAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! check this out,my cheat meal of the week is for lunch at this small diner close to work called Art’s. I had a double hamburger ad,cheese steak with double meat,SUPER chili dog and a fry with my drink it costs me about 20$.After all that I barely make it back to my desk and pretend to work for the rest of the day,just to focus is a big job .I’ll tell u that all day I was thinking about my workout tonight and once there I hit my chest like if I was fighting for my life.VIVA LA CHEAT DAY
